Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Oh yeah, gotta have raw onions. I don't know how or when, but I also like a little red wine vinegar sprinkled in.

Depends.... seasoned chicken patties & black beans if I don't have company over.
Rib-eyes, sauteed kale & polenta if I do have company over.

Same as yesterday, as posted above. That's the end of the beans and tomatoes mixture. Tomorrow will bring a new culinary adventure, I'm sure.

My latest favorite entree, Murray's seasoned chicken patties, black beans, my summer staple: sauteed Vidalia onions, and some grape tomatoes.

Speaking of....I had some black cherry tomatoes (from my little garden) with homemade bleu cheese dressing...yummy!!!! Along with a filet of sockeye salmon and wild rice. Not bad at all if I might say!
