Yes, it did. I've been expecting to wake up and find that the tree has swelled to the size of a bus and taken over the apartment.

Yup....crystalized....:-)

I have one at work and refer to it as my broccoli tree! A co-worker said her granddaughter has one and goofed it up so she put mini marshmallows on the tips.

No 9 foot trees with my favorite ornaments this year. Kiefer's less than a year old kitten would wreak havoc on them so it is 4 not so fancy trees in varying sizes to decorate the house. The largest is on a coffee table so it won't look so short. Purple tree bought several years ago 90% off with kiwi green ornaments.
