Don't really know why we ended up with 3 trees this year. Maybe that 2 year old grandson had something to do with it.

Silver trees remind me of my Great Aunt Bim. She had a color wheel for hers, remember those? :-)

We have 2 color wheels for the tree Quinn. The stand also rotates, but we don't use it. Think it would be way too much temptation for the cats.

I like the colored lights.

 

I do white lights...the whole historic thing...blah, blah, blah...

I grew up with colored lights. The kind with the cone shaped bulbs and that is what we still have on the tree. However it is getting very hard to find replacement bulbs. Lately I have bought some nightlight bulbs but they are all white. I don't know what I will do when they all burn out. Maybe I will be so old I won't notice.
