oh. I came in here to rave, but I got so distracted w/Aggie's vid that I forgot. hahaha
I think I'm gonna watch that a few more times.
Anyway, my rave: I've just started doing a lot of prep at night for the next morning & it is changing my life!
Wow - who knew? Okay, most of the working adult world did, but I'm slow to catch on to some things.
I've been prepping my coffee, breakfast, lunch & clothes at night this week for the next morning & getting ready for work has been such a breeze! I'm getting to work early every day & in a great mood. I love it! Yay for me! '-)

d's Girl. i do that too, i make my lunch, pack my backpack w/ a spare change
of clothes,( i stink like goat shit and dogs when i leave work, don't want to stink up my car so i change clothes before I leave) put in a magazine/newspaper to read at lunch break.
Have everything all ready for the morning.
When i get back from work i guanrantee I will have a good RANT>
Have you tried....
a lumbar pillow?
leaning your head far back every once in awhile, taking deep, slow breaths while you stretch your head/neck back for 10 or 15 seconds?
getting up & doing stretches & walking around every so often?
Doing some yoga before & during your work day?
