CRAP!! I just found out that a friend of mine in OH. died. He had been sick on and off for the last couple of years due to exposure to heavy metals at a job he worked for years. CRAP CRAP CRAP!!!!

Slush, What the heck is slush, Is that a drink you get from Seven Eleven?? I was in the pool twice today cause I was sweating my butt off. I think I need a slush.
