I have never been one for making resolutions that can be easily broken. Instead, I try to identify ways that I can make improvements that will be ongoing. That way, anything I do will be a step in the right direction.
I subscribe to a lot of inspiring blogs that help me identify things to be grateful for. This year I plan to share some of them.
Here is one that I received in 2019 that is good for a reminder:

I hope to lose some weight and dance more.
I've given up on resolutions . No more. They always fail. I just try to be better every day.
