TBD

TBD on Ning

We're still here, we survived whatever the holidaze brought us, and we're ready for the serious part of winter, right?  Whether you love it or hate it, we'll get thru it.

Did you make any resolutions?  if you did, come back mid-January and tell us how you're doing with that!

Morning all...I think we have your warm weather, it has been gorgeous outside. Kiefer and I will have the house to ourselves..Ward is heading to Dallas to watch the Cotton Bowl.

Back to the normal routine of work...really could use a few more days to do nothing..or take my trees down. LOL

yes, the national temperature map is bizarre, for sure!  but i suppose a few frigid days is a small price to pay for the warmth of December!  hope Ward has a grand time in Dallas!

Good grief it's Wednesday already?  My last NY resolution (years ago) was to stop making resolutions.  Upheld so far.  Been nursing my knee still and as of yesterday I've added a flare up of my bad back.  Drugs are my friend.  :)

yikes, walking (or otherwise navigating) with a bum knee has set off your back.  ugh and ugh.  when are you going to drag your butt to a doc, Richard?

My back has been "going out" for years.  X-rays show nothing wrong and I don't get a definitive answer from the chiropractor. (no surprise to me)  In fact the chiro has done nothing for my chronic lower back and has been successful at making my mid back a problem as well.  I'll go to a ortho specialist for my knee as soon as I can get fully registered and approval from the new insurance company.  I have done all I can until they get my records transferred and entered into their system.  Since it isn't a medical emergency I have to wait for them.  It'll all work out I am sure.

Hi all!  Richard, we gotta get you fixed.  I sure hope that insurance kicks in quickly.

I'm cold. . . going for tea and some oatmeal, then off to bed for me.  Yep, still the same, going to bed early, getting up early, going to work, getting home later and on and on and on.  LOL!!

(((Cat)))  Great to see you here!  Come again any time.  Yea go ahead and fix me will ya?  LOL  My work is piling up and I am afraid I might break myself again trying to catch up!  j/k

ok, i didn't know you were working on it, last i heard, you were waiting to see how Sharon could navigate w/ the cast....  i'll quit nagging you....  (((Richard)))

Sharon was able to get some positive direction and instructions today while at work.  I'll kick the wheels in motion in the morning.  :)

Good Thursday morning Lynn, Crystal, Kittycat, Mary Alice, Cat, Thalia, Robbie, and anyone I may have missed.  It's nearly the end of the short work week.  Then a normally short weekend and a normally looooong work week for some of you.  It has been raining the last couple days and relatively warm.  Last night as I was about to turn off the TV I heard the weather person saying something about the freezing level dropping.  I was asleep long before the weather report came on.  I checked this morning and the mountains will get a good load of snow and that's where it belongs not down here in the flatlands, at least for the next few days.

hi, Richard and everyone else too!

the weather has been bizarre, everywhere!  while the east coast was frigid on tues/wed, the middle of the continent was downright toasty for wintertime!  skiing isn't doing too well in most places....

I believe the skiing here isn't ideal.  Mount Hood has 51" now with an annual snow depth of 131".  The freezing level is dropping from 5,000 feet to 1,000 feet so there could be much more snow accumulation in a short time.
