That's one sign I totally agree with. also applies to buying next door to carpenters, mechanics, etc.
If you don't like the neighborhood, don't buy. No matter how cheap it is.
I live on the farm my parents and grandparents had. Due to the politicians being bought out by the Realtors Association which changed the law to allow small parcels the entire state is being slowly turned into residential housing and unneededmalls but the farmers are not blame free; they readily will turn a former alfalfa field into a housing project. And heaven forbid if anyone mentions that you cannot grow a population infinitely in a finite space. And if you talk about protecting the land, the "Agenda 21" conspiracy nuts come out of the woodwork and claim any such protection is a New World Order plot.
But only with ungulate mammals,
Like cows, pigs and camels.
