Only 11 now, so I'll take this opportunity to relate this little story about my time at the donut shop today. 

Out here in my neck of the woods, lots and lots of people head south, or southwest, this time of year.  Consequently, attendance was very sparse this morning.  At one point, shortly before we all left, I noticed that the liberals had been joined at the "big table" by an equal amount of conservatives*, and all were engaged in friendly conversation with someone of the opposite persuasion.  Neither camp seemed to want to get into politics, and it was an enjoyable time.

 

*NOTE:  The one camp was comprised of conservatives, but not the "mean spirited conservatives".  That's a different group, and they meet up at The Brew-ha.

 

OK, back to the business at hand.
