Did you keep to your same routine & hence now go to bed an hour later & get up an hour later,

or did you adjust your body clock to keep the same time as when you were on Central Time?

I KNOW! Here, too. I thought for a minute that fall had arrived, but I think we've bypassed it! It's only 44º right now. brrr...

...and Ducatiman didn't make coffee this morning before he left for work. What was he thinkin'?

Pretty much go to bed an hour later and get up an hour later. Gettin' up time is the same Monday thru Friday.....goin' to bed....just depends..:=) Prime time TV starting @ eight is sorta weird though.

yes, I've lived in both Central & Eastern time zones, and actually prefer Central. But I haven't lived in that time zone since.......... '82!!!!!!!! egads!!!!!!  :-P
