Suggestive Kraft Ad Gets Moms in an Uproar

One Million Moms, a Christian advocacy group that aims to limit supposedly explicit content in the media, is in an uproar over a recent magazine advertisement for Kraft.

The ad, featuring an almost naked man covered by a picnic blanket, led the group to state in a recent press release that "Christians will not be able to buy Kraft dressings or any of their products until they clean up their advertising…Who will want Kraft products in their fridge or pantry if this vulgarity is what they represent?"

While, admittedly, the caption in the corner stating "Silverware Optional - Let's Get Zesty" is a bit suggestive and the accompanying link below "getmezesty.com" does sound like something you wouldn't really want to pop up in your Internet browser's history page, will the ad really "push away loyal, conservative customers" as the One Million Moms say? Or will it spice things up in the grocery store? Either way, Kraft is no longer just about salad dressings.

I wonder why they didn't chose me for that ad?

cause the tablecloth was too small?

Yeah that's it.

i told em i didn't wanna do it cause i didn't wanna have a million milfs mad at me.. ya never know ..

actually at my age that would probably be gmilfs ..

I'd buy a bottle of salad dressing from him.

How bout us GGMILFs??  ;-)

I would share the dressing with him and it wouldn't have to be kraft.

This was about salad dressings???  Really??   Ummm.......yeah, right, salad dressings......on what?  Oh, my!  I seem to be having trouble keeping my mind from wandering.  Zesty, you say?  Ok.  That's one word that comes to mind.  I have others, though.

Maybe it's a little over the top for kids......but I don't think it's a big deal.  I doubt it's going to hurt sales.

Did you see that commercial in England starring Pam Anderson that got banned??  I thought it was cool.

sex sells. end of story.

One time I went to the Taco Bell drive-through and instead of ordering a ZESTY steak soft taco, it came out a SEXY steak soft taco.  I started laughing, my daughter started laughing, everyone in the place started laughing, and when I drove to the window to pick up our food, the manager came and said, "Next time you want something sexy, just ask for me."  So, I can see where Zesty and Sexy are all mixed up in this ad.

PS: GMILF--you crack me up, Frenchy!

PPS: This guy in this ad does nothing for me.  Either my libido has totally died or --I don't know what...

glad i could make your day cresty .. i just didn't want all them gmilfs left out .. that would be so .. unfair wouldn't it ?? and speakin of gmilfs .. you ain't a grandma yet are ya ??
