So far, our menu is...

.

Ham

Creamed Corn

Sweet Potato Casserole

Garlic Green Beans

Deviled Eggs

Cornbread Muffins

Cranberry Jello Salad

Cherry Cheese Pie for dessert.

I would much rather come to your Christmas than to go to my relatives houses.

I would've loved to have had you come over for Christmas, P.A.!  :-)

....I missed this response the first time around, and just found it looking for a Corn Muffin recipe I used over the holidays that made the best corn muffins I ever had. And I didn't save the recipe!! Thought maybe I'd posted it here somewhere. :-P

I spend Christmas day with friends, not sure what Robin and John are making this year.

My family does a huge Christmas Eve meal.

Even though my Dad was only half Italian, we always did Italian foods on Christmas Eve, the tradition continues today...

This year I will be serving:

Antipasti

7 fishes [My Dad did 7 different fishes, I cheat and make Cioppino--a fish stew]

Lasagna

Meatballs [courtesy of my SIL]

Veal scallopini

Sausage

Ravioli [courtesy of a local caterer]

Assorted cookies and cakes [courtesy of my sister and a local baker]

beer

wine

champagne

cranberry-orange vodka

prosecco

Yum!

I was introduced to the Italian-banquet Christmas dinner when I lived in New York.

Come on Quinn, go out and get the scallops, shrimp, octopus, squid, mussels, clams, and oysters.

Cod, no oysters.

Tilapia and egg nog laced with Kesslers.

I want to go to Quinn's for Christmas.

You'd better behave while you're there, Robbie.....don't get her riled up!

I want to go to Stir's for Christmas.

Why did this pop up again?

Is there a holiday occuring that I don't know about?
