How do you tell if you're #13 or less? I was born on the 13TH, does that count? LOL....always remember the Peekaboo Market in Lavalette, NJ. getting fresh baked hard rolls first thing in the morning with my Grandfather. Can smell it now, amazing!

back in my donut eating days, I was the same, PA. The only donut that interested me was a fresh, warm, plain, glazed Krispy Kreme donut. Oh, my gosh, those are delicious!

We have a purdy durn good locally-owned-and-based doughnut chain here called "Mel-O-Cream". First class Bavarians, Krunch Tops (Toasted coconut glazed on top of a cream-filled round) and Blueberry fritters. My favorites, though, are the Glazed Old-Fashioneds - Old-style yeast doughnuts, deep-fried to a crunchy texture and sugar glazed. Hot diggity.
