All of us are owned by one or more cats. Sometimes we adopted them and other times, they adopted us. However your feline family was formed, this will be a forum to discuss their foibles, problems and joys. Feel free to post cartoons or videos as long as they comply with TBD guidelines. Welcome!

Recently Reyna showed some interest in what's beyond the front door. Two years ago I had bought a harness and lead to take her out on the porch, but she hasn't been out in a year. I couldn't find the…Continue

About my cat, Babette. I had 2 other cats, 1 dog, and one adult severely retarded brother when she came into my life. My son's girlfriend at the time rescued cats. Babette had been orphaned. She was smaller than my hand, and needed to be fed formula. Since I was housebound with the menagerie, I was a good candidate to care for her. I kept her in a cat carrier, and a few times a day I let her out to walk around. The minute she was out all the others needed to stand over her. I was constantly yelling "Don't step on the baby", which is how she became Babette. She has now outlived all the others and has become an attachment on my hip. We travel as a team. I often think of getting another kitten, but we've been alone together so long I'm afraid she would be upset.
Welcome Teebubbadee! I recognize your name from Eons. This group is rather new so feel free to jump in with a topic or post a photo of your feline family.
Snow cat is just an internet witty kitty.
Welcome Lynn and congratulations on your Amazing Grace even though she's been with you a number of years now. I haven't posted anything about my girls as I have barely started this group. Six years ago I adopted 2 nonrelated cats from a local shelter: both are girls and about the same age..only a few months difference. They are now 8 years old and still frisky. Reina is supposedly a Russian blue and is grey stripped and Callie is a Calico with white, orange and black. As a widow I got tired of coming home from work to an empty house but now when I return from whereever, the 2 of them are sitting facing the door waiting for me to acknowledge them. Callie is a rehabbed feral and does not let me pick her up but allows me to pet her.
