Okay...so I used to cry @ Kodak commercials.  Hallmark always gets to me too.  I even get a bit sniffly  with Folgers.

Now I was wondering (as was ABC) about the biggest tearjerker movie or scene in a movie you have ever seen.

I don't agree with "The Champ" having never seen it but the kid is very convincing.

I'm sure there are loads of others out there....No," Dirty Dozen"   doesn't count !

Lately

Marley and Me,

and

Seven Pounds

Shenandoah.
When his son walks into the church at the end of the end of the movie? Not enough tissues in the house...
I get choked up every time I think about poor SpongeBob, and how he seems destined to have only a platonic relationship with Sandy Cheeks.

These 2 movies made me cry, even though I'm not a sports fan:

A League of Their Own

Brian's Song

The end of The Wizard of Oz when Dorothy is saying goodbye to the Scarecrow, Tin Man and the Cowardly Lion.  I have to leave the room.

There's a scene in the movie Deep Impact that always gets to me.

A reporter, who has been estranged from her father since childhood, goes to the summer home where she had been happy as a child just as a meteor (soon to be meteorite) is about to impact Earth. Long scene short, she finds her father there, standing on the beach looking out to sea. They have a few conciliatory words. Then, as the enormous wave caused by the impact of the meteorite is about to engulf them, she presses herself into her father's embrace and says, "Oh, Daddy."

Simply that.
