No, I'm on the rural route. My mail carrier arrives in an air conditioned car with one window down.

Ours was hoofing it with an old mailtruck and looked really flushed and overheated. I missed her at the door and ran down the street screaming "WAIT".............................

That was nice of you, Merry. I worked at the rib joint until 2:30 today, and it was hot! Nobody gave me an icepop, but I did get nine bucks in tips.

We still hear from our mailman in VT, although it's been awhile. Amazing what a cold glass of water on a hot day can do for a person. I also gave one mailperson wool fingertipless gloves to wear when it's cold in Maine. Her hands were red from the cold.
