Well, I'm in the middle of a bad sinusitis infection, so I haven't been reading much. But yesterday I got a 'hold' from my eLibrary and could not resist reading it last night. It's #36 in JD Robb's 'Eve Dallas' series. And this is now my favorite book in that series: Fury in Death.
I actually wasn't sure I'd like it, going by the first chapter--the first murder. Basically, the 'murderer' was a really good person who turned vigilante when his family was murdered. He had discovered the people he worked for were evil and planned to expose them. But since I do enjoy most of her books, I decided to keep reading. What made me keep reading was how Eve approached what she wanted to do once she realized exactly what the whole story was: she wanted to stop him, and get him help at the same time. And at the end, there was a touching scene where she spoke to him one last time.
This is one library book I wish I could keep! I finished the book at 2am! I simply could not 'stop' until it was done.
