I've read seven books so far this month:
Magic Uncorked (Midlife Magic Cocktail Club) #1 by Annabel Chase
Witches of Keating Hollow by Deanna Chase (#1-2)
Mummy Issues (#3) by Paula Lester (Sunnyside Retired witches series)
Midlife is Murder; #3-A spirited Vengeance by Clare Lockhart
Stolen in Death by JD Robb (a favorite author, who writes futuristic police stories)
They were all good, and I enjoyed them.
Then today:
Cinnamon Rolls & Closed Case by Penny Lane-Parker
The story and characters were all good. I was anxious to see the 'ending'. However, it is apparently the start of a series. I really hate 'cliffhangers'! If I knew for sure #2 was the END, I might buy it--but I'm afraid it's another cliffhanger. So...
I've started another book that I will probably finish next : Spirit of the Witch, #3 in the Keating Hollow series by Deanna Chase. I also have #6, but not sure I'll read it right away. This series so far has had 1 of 4 sisters as the main character.
