Bill O'Reilly talking with Professor Marc Lamont Hill, a regular guest/target on O'Reilly's show, about securing the US/Mexico border, said to Hill, "“Say you’re a cocaine dealer—and you kind of look like one a little bit.” To which Hill replied, gamely: “As do you… you know, you actually look like a cocaine user.”

I thought having black commentators on the show was supposed to make O'Reilly look less like a racist. Evidently sometimes it just oozes out of their pores. Ed Shultz featured the incident in the segment of his program called Psycho Talk. Watch it here.

Anyone want to take a crack at deconstructing this little exchange that occurred on national television?

Let's not forget how surprised O'Reilly was when he noticed that the people of Harlem were so civilized.
O'Reilly's an asshole and so is the Professor for appearing on his show. Love Ed Shultz, especially "Psycho Talk".
Do we really need to deconstruct it? Like anyone with a bully pulpit, Bill O'Reilly thinks that anything coming out of his mouth is too clever by half. But of course, I'm not Bill's target audience. I'm brave and kind, sweet smelling, and generally can self-edit well enough not to say really stupid things in front a recording device.
O'Lielly and oxyRusty are simply cut from the same cloth...both gas bags.
