I bet a person could sit in the room, have a glass of wine, play a little jazz and just sit back take in your selected furnishings and art work. I do like simple but interesting artsy objects. I always had an appreciation for art especially abstract and/or pop art...it wakes up your imagination.

I do remember where I was at on 9/11. I happen to be on the phone with Chase Bank in New York at the time of the attacks discussing loan purchases. I had a tv in my office and it was tuned into NSNBC when the program was interrupted bringing us the coverage of the attacks. I then was going back and forth, CNN & MSNBC for the remaining day. Terrible!

Buddha Bar is a high end, well known bar & restaurant in Paris. The music played in the bar is sort of avant gard, eclectic. I do enjoy listening to various genres-ethnic variations of World Music such as the Breton Alan Stivell who did an album in the '70's called "Renaissance of the Celtic Harp" which I first heard while living in England. I also like listening to "Afro-Cuban" music. Actually I like all genres, some more interesting than others.
I appreciate you responding back to my message. I was just in southern Cal on business and playing a little golf. I grew up in San (Pacific Beach/La Jolla) Diego last week.
