I have spent my day visiting my son Matt, and downloading video music to my blackberry. We cleaned our pool and right now he and my wife are swiming. It is 7pm and about 98 degrees. I hope your day is gone well. Got in from my trip to Nevada about ten pm Saturday. Was tired but had fun. Nice drive. Took sceninc all the way and comming back it was one of the summer twlights that was almost magical. The temp was about 74 at nine pm, and we opened the moonroof and windows. What a beautiful drive

You are too sweet! Torn meniscus. Been laid up for two weeks and braced. Getting better by the day. I can walk now but downhill and downstairs are still brutally painful. I appreciate any suggestions. I need to get back to running soon!

My bike is a Kawasaki Vulcan. It's only a 750 but it is a blast riding around the north Georgia Mountains and the winding roads around the middle of the state. I hurt my knee and can barely walk so I cannot ride right now and it is killing me.
