My job takes me from one coast to the other and because of this I see all kinds of things. What hurts me though is the ever growing homlessness. It used to be one or two here and there but now it is groups huddled together under bridges. One such group of six or more where sitting in a circle and singing as a friend was playing the guitar. In another place I saw a small tent city and one person used scrap wood and metal to make a fence around his/her tent with a potted plant.
So today as you go about your lifes think of those you have hit hard times and try to make the best of a bad break. Give time to a shelter, a soup kicthen or a dollar or two. Times are hard and its not going to get any better anytime soon.

very sad the way our economy has gotten
I thank every day for having a job (even though I feel like I can do better jobwise but not about to be looking now)
was that group you saw singing in a group with a guitar in California and were they passing a joint?
California is going berzerk! People being allowed to grow Marijuana and making tons of money! haven't heard full story but only part of it
Yep times are tough be thankful if you have a job and KEEP IT!

How sad and true Te MAerican People reduced to living in tents. We need to take back our country and our people need to stand up and unite and fight this corrupt sytem called run away government. Our country has been given away our jobs taken away our freedoms imprisioned by finanical bars. Act Don;t talk about do somethi g to change I am.
