There are many essential oils that have been noted to have a blood sugar lowering effect: dill, coriander, and fennel. These essential oils also have the additional effect of helping to unblock blocked receptor sites which cause cells to be resistant to the effects of insulin.

Certain essential oils are approved as supplements and can be taken orally. I typically use 2drops in a gel capsule. The three I mention are fairly safe, but i would still consult your doctor. The supplement quality essential oils are also safe to use I cooking recipes as well.

Young living carry essentials that are supplement grade. I can send you more information if you like.
*avoid fennel if you are pregnant.

The tags include 'Aromatherapy', are you saying that it is the scent of the oils that is beneficial to the pancreas? Or can these herbs be consumed to have the blood lowering effects?  Are they safe in combination with R or N injections?

I had once considered adding Cumin to my diet, but my doctor advised against it because of its incompatibility with insulin.  Tell me more.
