Hi Robbo! Sorry to hear of your problems with the buyer of your cabin. I worked in the title insurance business for many years, and I've seen this happen before.

You asked about my porch picture....I took down the one used on the old TBD when I moved to Ning. Its too cold to wear that "wifebeater" here now. I do have several pictures of my patio, and ongoing construction in my group "sittin' on my cyber-patio". You can check out the progress there.
