I wake up a very happy and thankful person - trying to live life to the fullest. As a dietitian, a public health official and professor I respect the value of good health. Most mornings at 5:30AM you find me at my personal trainer or at the gym - it is the only way I can start the morning right. I love to cook for anyone who says mmmmmmmmm this is delicious! I am busy but always have time for fun!
