- I love to create new things. To work on something with your hands, to devote your time and patience to make something new is one of the most rewarding things I do. And as with most things, when you work on a sculpture or piece of furniture, in never comes out like you planned. You have to let the wood guide your hands and tools and find out what the wood wants to be. Then, find the new piece/place where both of you can go together. Woodworking is second only to exploring new ways of being with my wife. We are totally committed to our marriage, but interested in new experiences. We aren't what we planned to be 15 years ago, but it sure is fun finding new ways to be "us" as we grow together. Reason to join the site: to share ideas and thoughts about these new things with other thoughtful people.
