Welcome to our little coffee shop, where we just gather when we want to take a little break, chat with whoever might be here at the moment and get to know each other. Hi Gang, the new cafe is looking pretty darn good!

Hi Cuppa! Doggone it - it's snowing here again! But I just heard on the local news that this weekend we'll get near 50!!!!!

Hi Cat. I'm counting on it. I have some outside work that badly needs attention.

Well, I know I'll have to clean up after the dog. . .

I might even take the dog on over to Frog Hollow for a nice walk!

That would be "Frog Hollar" in these parts. I can hear the little critters now.

I did, however, just buy a new snow shovel with the parts necessary to add on the second handle that we talked about.

I can't wait to see it! I'm still using my little emergency car shovel to clear out the snow here! Good thing I don't have much more than a postage stamp to clean off!

The regular big snow shovel was only 13 bucks at Lowes. You are going to have to retire your kitchen spatula back to the kitchen.

Yeah, I know. . . you're right. And the hardware store is two blocks away. I just like the challenge I guess. LOL
