It is with very heavy heart we let you know, we lost our dear Robbie. Garry Robinson lost his battle with cancer yesterday, August 31st.
More details regarding services/donations/cards etc. to come.
His family is hoping to have services at Arlington, so it may take a while before the official service. :-(

I'm sorry to have to report this, and I know we will miss Robbie so dearly, I know I will.

Robbie was one of the men of TBD with whom I felt safe to play online.  I never met him in person.  I will miss his gentle humor and his loyalty to his friends, family and Happy.

Thanks for posting this, Baia.

Robbie will be sorely missed.  It is hard to imagine our meetups without him.  I will always remember him traveling in his RV with his big black dog, Happy, visiting as many of his TBD friends everywhere as he could.  I was one of the lucky ones, George and I got to meet him in person.  He was a kind and gentle man, and fun as well. 

I am reminded of a line from the Harry Potter books:  "After all, to the well organized mind, death is but the next great adventure." 

Rest in peace, Robbie, and then enjoy more great adventures!  ♥
