What's For Dinner?

Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

I went to the grocer yesterday and bought all of the ingredients to make Tucson Bean Stew. Expectionaly yummy!

Now, if I may whine?
I've been sick all day with a stomach virus that's going around! Dammit!
The only thing that's passed these lips today is Ginger Ale :(

Pork Chops, leftover kale & leftover mac&cheese.

It was fine, but nothing to write home about.

Dessert, however, I have high hopes for.

I'm going to cook bananas, blueberries, blackberries & pink grapefruit just to heat it through in a little butter. mmm

Tuesday Taco night here!  It's a meal everyone really likes and i made refried beans and corn too. Usually no left overs of this one.  Just had an ice cream sandwich bar (but it's actually soy milk based) for dessert.

After two days away from home its a late supperdinner of Campbell's Cream of Potato Soup tonight!  Yee-Um!  I actually do love that stuff.

But, I add some bottled clams to it.

What are bottled clams? Are they like canned clams, only in a bottle? Are they whole? Minced? Chopped? How many questions do I get?
