Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

I failed to take anything out for dinner this morning, so I winged it when I got home.

I was really hungry, so wanted to be quick, so it was a deez didn't-have-anything-planned-makey-uppy dinner....

I cooked a big handful of fresh broccoli & cauliflower in the microwave w/a little water & a couple slices of lunchmeat ham cut up into them. When that was cooked/nuked, I added a little butter, feta & parmesan & had an Amy's Mac & Cheese w/it. Not bad. Cheese, cheese & cheese. How can you go wrong w/that?
