Sequestration, the simple truth

Sequestration requires that the government cut $45 billion fron domestic spending. The government has been running $1 trillion deficits for the past 4 years. NONE of the cuts have to come fron the base line budget, but from the $1 trillion overspending.

So why is it that since the white house tours and the border agents and all the other threatened cuts were already budgeted for and not part of the overspending, are they being cut? Could it be to only punish we the people for their ineffectiveness?

Only in Washington could a small reduction to  huge deficit spending be considered a cut and cause all these closings and layoffs.
