from another place....kind of long but this is the condensed version...and the question is what's wrong with this person's logic? but you'll see...the guy doesn't get that there can be different races within a family...or that if the neighbor has people staying there working on the place it is actually improving his property values. or that school taxes are paid by the property owner regardless of whether or not there are school children living on the property.

I was actually approached by another neighbor about it....... And I think the people who live there are worried what their neighbors are thinking also because they don't come out of the house anymore.... A month ago they were always outside....

And nobody mentioned the fraud they are pulling in the school district.... Can everyone move families in and out their kids in local schools???

if you have a house on the street with multiple families coming and going who are not invested in the neighborhood; multiple cars; etcetera - yes it leans towards lower income area and probable decreased property values - along with the increased likelihood of crime and nobody wants the house on their block with the revolving door of unknowns.

But that isn't what I read into your explanation - I read that you don't like them because they are breaking the deed restriction and they aren't of the same race as the home-owner.

I also read that they seem honest, hardworking, down on their luck and this is likely a church outreach assist. You really haven't been able to explain your grievance very well, while casting them in a sympathetic light.

Roy I never said any of that.....
I wasn't upset they are not the same race.... Who cares about that.... Someone said they might be relatives living with them ..... I said no they are not even the same race.....
I said the couple who lives there are honest nice people.... I never even talked to the family staying there now .......

You heard what you wanted to hear......
This is the 3rd house on the street with issues now.... Nowhere near as bad as the first two....
But if you are going to move homeless families in, I don't really have a issue with it on a temporary basis but this looks to be long term...,,,

Those of you that have good neighbors maybe just don't understand the plight ......

I am actively looking to get out if this area.... Our Hoa is weak ..... I don't have an issue with helping people out...... But when you bring it home without any regard to your neighbors I have an issue with that..... Especially when I pay $$$$ for that stuff not to happen.... There are others ways to find a place for a family to stay......
