I'll have to admit that at my age, I don't know what a Transvaginal Ultrasound is either.  (By the way, as I type this, the word "Transvaginal" is noted as being incorrectly spelled.)  I suspect it has something to do with a vagina, doesn't it.  Therefore, I'm interested. 

On second thought, at my age I'm really not.
