Windows8 Metro Review
Here's an interesting article from ExtremeTech about the ups and (mostly) downs of the new Metro interface.
I have Win8 running in a Virtual Machine on my Macs, using VMWare's Fusion 5 software. I don't have the touch screen feature, though, so I can't speak to it's usability.
