TBD on Ning

OK! Let's hear those feet hit the floor.

We are getting some rain. Not much, but some. I will now take Happy out so my RV will smell of wet dog. Meanwhile my cereal is on to soak. Ummm.

BBL.

Yep, it's Wednesday already. Gorgeous cool morning, I have all the windows open, strange for this late in June. Nothing exciting to report, hubby is back to his old self without the bothersome tooth.

Hope the rain continues for you Robbie, we were dry as a bone for quite a while, I think we are now caught up for a while.

good morning!

one of the lookees is returning with her nephew, who's apparently serving as her "home inspector".  i can hardly wait to hear another round of criticism about why they should pay less for this house, but since i don't have a contract in hand yet, i'll bite my tongue.

rain ... it's one of those things we need in moderation.  too much is as big a problem as too little, and there seem to be very few places where there's a happy medium these days.  but the smell of wet dog, well, i can't say i envy you that, Robbie!

Well hug wet and smelly Happy for me, Robbie. What a great companion he is!

Enjoy that wonderful cool morning, RRC!

The heat has finally arrived here: 104 yesterday. 106 is rumored for today. It's popsicle time again!

lynn! Just sing "lalallalala" as they criticize, then hopefully sing all the way to the bank. So glad they're returning anyway. I know someone in a similar situation and the looker's friend is badmouthing the house loudly, on what could be a cash deal.

My feet hit the floor at 4:00 a.m. this morning!  I'm heading out shortly for lunch and drinks with an ex co-worker and my bosses.

My hair will be a frizz ball by the time I get over to the bar. . . I wouldn't do well in the south.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you, Lynn.

Just got word that I will be transfering to Knoxville, TN the first part of next month. Should be cooler there.
yep, should be LOTS cooler there, in the mountains!
What a great break for you weather-wise, Robbie! Won't it be hard to leave Texas otherwise?
Well, Yes. But, It's what I do. I guess I really need to become a confirmed Snowbird. North in Summer, South in Winter.
thanks for the good wishes, realteal and Cat!  this is two who've expressed interest, enough to mention the possibility of an offer, and i've told them both about the mold in the attic, and managed to do it without freaking them out!  i'll take a price hit for that but at this point, i'll just be happy if it sells, to get out from under the estate!
You've got talent lynn, to be able to sell the moldy attic. You go!
**giggle**  never quite thought of myself as a sales person, but this isn't the "toxic" mold, it's just about lousy ventilation that nobody paid attention to, previously.

Good luck with the house Lynn...hope this turns out to be the one.

Crazy day here....getting ready to head for home and put my feet up....again.
