Hybrid tea roses are my most favorite flower. A must in every home I own.

Evening all...it was slightly crazy again at the store. I am finally home and sitting with my feet up. Love the rose, I can't seem to grow anything but weeds.

I suspect Kansas is a tough place to grow anything except kids. Hahahaha! I can picture you leaning back, relaxed and sipping a glass of wine. :))

Good Sunday to you all. It is this stage of bloom that is my favorite. Many years ago when I had many roses I saved the petals and made a gallon of wine from them. Even though is turned out tasty, rose petal wine was much nicer than the dandelion/raisin wine I made previously. :)

Tuesday evening here. Wet this morning and sunny by afternoon typical June weather now. I hope you all survived the weekend and Monday. Well alright, include Tuesday too. Have a happy hump day!

Moving slow...something got messed up in my back yesterday. The doc fixed it up but it is still pretty sore. I did get a quick visit with a 100 year old wonderful lady today...at the funeral of a 92 year old mutual friend.

I've been to that Rose Festival. It's fabulous. Somewhere on a hard drive I have dozens of pictures. I'll need to find them.
