I got this message from Robin regarding a member's (Carmen Bailey) problem. I wanted to post the reply here for anyone else that is having an issue, or knows of somone who is:
Ning's CEO says they are standing by to help TBDers: Just drop us a note at http://help.ning.com or gina@ning.com and we'll get you up and running.
Ning has millions of members and a huge staff, was founded by one of the Internet's leading engineers, and this Ning site needs to be run by the members, Kat and I are members now, not staff.
