with the greatest amount of disdain any congress has ever had for the American people..
They rob us blind while we bicker over petty differences between liberal or conservative views..
their counting on that.
they think they can break our will.
they believe by driving us into poverty we will cave so they can control us with government hand outs..
They are a breath away from permanently enslaving the American people.
The health care bill and cap and trade aren't for the benefit of the American people.
It's meant to break us, and drive us into poverty.
It's meant to enslave the American people and rob us of our sovereignty.
why else do you think lawmakers from over 30 states have drafted legislation to stop this administration. Because they are conservative? No, I don't think so..
It's because this administration is attempting to rob us of our liberties and permanently enslave the American people.

In 2006, my father wanted to go from the Seattle area to Chicago. He couldn't get his 'discount miles' to work for him (summer and all that) and wouldn't take the train, even when I volunteered to buy the tickets and go with him. So I drove him...5500 miles in all. We went from Richland, Washington, to Joliette, to Memphis and back...three weeks on the road. After our first "Denny's" breakfast, I insisted that, since I was driving, I'd pick out the restaurants. Nothing really against Denny's but so much of the real flavor of America is found in its Mom and Pop type diners.

I found the clientele in each place to be almost identical. It didn't make any difference if we were in Bozman, Montana or outside of Nashville. About the only thing that was different was the logo on the ball cap. The people were genuine, warm, welcoming of strangers, polite to a fault at times, willing to go out of their way to help two men...attentive when we talked, filled with great tales when we listened. It was an affirmation that I'd not expected or anticipated but that I loved greatly.

So when I hear BE AFRAID!! BE VERY AFRAID!!! from the likes of you, and the rest of the cRyghtbabies, I have to laugh. I turned off CNN, MSNBC, CNBC...the entire news cycle for 3 weeks....and didn't miss a thing. The beat was still going on swiftly when I got back....but NO ONE outside the Beltway took it very seriously at all....certainly not seriously enough to worry about something as butt ignorant as the Chicken Littles from the cRyght calling down DOOOOOMSSSDAAAYYYYY.

The other thing I discovered is that there is a great deal more that UNITES us as a country than divides us as a country...and there isn't enough fear...or doom and gloom....from the cRyght to change that.

You need to get out more.

I think you're right, but I see the irony of you speaking of how they are inspiring petty bickering all the while believing the propaganda they've put out to incite the bickering.

You make claims that he's trampling the Constitution, but without any incidents to back it up.

You continue to think the stimulus was a bad idea, even though we're seeing improvements in the unemployment levels and housing. And we're seeing these improvements without the entire stimulus even being released yet.

You despise the the health care proposals apparently without even reading any of it.

But yes, you are right, they've been playing on our fears for a very long time. And "they" appear to be more Republicans than any other party.
