States with the Letter 'U'...

Mr. Hatch has proposed an amendment that would extend “transition relief” to any state with a name that begins with the letter U. Senator Schumer called this and similar amendments "gotcha amendments". Why make silly amendments instead of serious ones?

I wondered if he was making a snarky exaggerated comment, but the guy really did it! How Hatch has a seat is beyond me. Jac, it would be hilarious if it didn't affect what goes on in this country so much.
