Well, those two justices lied to congress during their comformation. They said the respect stare decisis, what is next Raw Vs Wade? These guys are politicians not judges. So now, we have two branches of Gov't. Six years ago, Scalia was asked to recuse himself from hearing his fishing buddy- Chenny's case. He refused and shamelessy sided with his body. The case was about Chennys meeting with the oil and gas company regarding energy policy. Now this!!! So these judges think corporates are people who have rights to vote with lots of dough. By this analogy, who is to forbid foreign corporations with openning local subsidaries to elect the "Manchurian candidate" - Congress, President and in some states Judges. These judges only see, they are helping their bodies, but it has disasterous consequences.
