i know how to get rid of hiccups,a sure fire way,but no one listens,so i gave up trying to tell people.

Laugh a lot.

It cures most ills ....

Meditate! It makes you more at peace with the world, yourself and also more compassionate.

Deep breaths when you're stressed work wonders.

Inhale through the nose for a count of 5

Hold for a count of 7

Exhale through the mouth for a count of 10 and imagine the problems leaving you on the exhale.
