My first taste of Washington traffic was when a fellow in a silver Honda decided to create his own lane between the outer lane and the middle lane and drive right along on the white line....missing our side mirror by about 4 inches! I thought Chicago traffic was nuts, but they got nothing on this place.

I have a cousin who drives like that, he has advanced MS and no one has taken his car keys yet.
My Dad suffered from Alzheimers and started driving like that. We took his keys away, but it was an up-hill battle every day for ~10 years.
