Hitchhiked to the beach,(Surf City USA, Huntington Beach), and body surfed and hung out with the bikini babes all day.

No surfing.....but I hung out at the shore of Lake Michigan in Milwaukee....swimming and playing veach volleyball. Drive-in movies and Braves games at County Stadium.

I used to bodysurf a million years ago; now--if i lived anywhere near the ocean, sigh--I'd rather beachbomb, espec. after a storm.

I spent my summers on Mackinac Island. We hung out with locals, tourists, spent days at the beach, had no curfew at night, bonfires, and now all my kids have had the same memories. My 15 year old just got back (went with her grandma) I want to believe she is a better teen than I was and spent her days lounging by the water reading. hahaha .
