I had a neighbor who heaved a huge rock over my fence and hurt my dog so badly she was paralyzed .

Our neighbors are pretty far from us. I once had a neighbor that had 32 bird feeders hanging off of trees and one day he accused my cat of killing one of HIS BIRDS and my husband at the time replied "so those are your birds? Well your birds are shitting on my roof." He never came around again.
