I'd learn LOL. I'd knit you a scarf like the one above.

When I was at the academy we gave girlfriends nice long scarves like the one above with our school colors. My sister had one from West Point, f'g traitor LOL...

I don't think they make them any more.

My sister knitted me a scarf that was just about that long when I was about 18 or 19 for my birthday. I wore it for years, then it sat in a closet for years. My niece started "treasure" boxes for each of her daughters when they were born. They aren't to be opened until they are 18. They are full of trinkets, family heirlooms, and lots of odds and ends, each with tags telling the story behind each item. The scarf is one of many items that I have put in the boxes over the years.
