If you owned a restaurant, what would be your unusual rule?

I would have divided plates so the foods don't touch each other. Yes, I do this at home!

I would pay my servers at least minimum wage and outlaw tipping in that location.  The one time I waitressed, that was the worst part.  It wasn't enough to be superefficient, no, we had to kiss up.  Yuck!

I would make sure plenty of seating room at each table...not just for chairs.People have arms and elbows that some table setters seem to forget about. I'd make sure my ingedients my chefs used were the freshest available or properly frozen  or refrigerated if not .  I love comedy so I'd try to have entertainment and showcase new talent to humor the diners or singers or just something different like belly dancing or a magician. I'd want every diner to  enjoy their food and have a great time ...and I'd keep my prices as low as possible, never ripping off people like   charging several dollars for a glass of soda some places do or highway robbery prices for a bottle of beer.  I'd need a few really good cooks and chefs and reward them generously. I'd do some stand-up routines myself. .....IF I owned a restaurant.

My chairs would all be comfortable. I hate going to certain restaurants with chairs that make you want to leave.
