Intermission

Why don't theaters have intermission anymore?  I hate to miss any of the action. They used to have intermission so you could go to the bathroom and get more junk to eat. Since that is the most part of their profit you'd think they would give us 15 minutes.

Hey, consider yourself lucky - this place here doesn't even have a theatre anymore!  The next closest towns were 30 miles away and one of them just closed down its last theatre.  The other one has a big, freezing cold multiplex with small screens and insufficient lighting attached to the steps beside the seating area.  Seriously, big trucks' step lights are 5 times better than the ones I'm talking about.  They don't need intermission because they run all their stupid local ads before the movie ever comes on!  Charging an arm and a leg for food helps with the revenue, I'm sure.  Okay, I'll stop.  Thanks for letting me rant.

we used to have a pub next door to the picture shows..at half time used to sneak over for a quick one
