We had a second grade teacher in my kids' school who would grab a kid by the hair. One of the ladies on the PTA board with me was seeing bald spots on her daughter's head! Wow! Did the proverbial s**t ever hit the fan! And that teacher was a big-wig in the teachers' union.

that school we went to has been shut down for along time now,i don't know the real reason,but I got my suspicions.
