On my body? I broke my left shoulder and jaw when my grandfather ran over me with his tractor. I was 10.

Object-wise.....i forgot to turn the water off outside one night, and the hose blew up when it got hot.

One of my few remaining "cherry blossoms" teacups.  I've got two left.  I always break stuff from washing dishes too fast.  I had two sets of dishes and have crashed my way through most all of them.  I like Corelle ware now.

I never have broken a bone, but I did break a fiestware apple green plate a few days ago.  Someone left it teetering on the edge of the counter and my elbow hit it.
