Dream jobs...

What was your dream job as a kid, and what did you end up doing? I always wanted to be a teacher, but things happened differently than I expected. At least my oldest daughter became a teacher:) I am so proud of her.

Hi Mr. Musik. Well, that sounds pretty awful. I feel for ya. Grandpa's have a way of teaching us that we sometimes just don't get until waaayyyy later. One of them is respect your elders I surmise and just do as they ask. He must've needed the help. I never knew either of my grandpas, you were lucky:)

My favorite job was when my dad told me to paint the garage; I asked, "what color?" He said, "I don't care, you pick it."

My mother couldn't wait until he got home to find a bright pink garage.

He never asked me to do that again.

I wanted to be a nurse when I was a kid. I've done all kinds of work, mostly in retail and now I am the office manager of a musical instrument store.

There was a member of a very popular Mexican band that came in the store once and bought a cymbal. I'm still waiting for Paul McCartney to walk in one day!
